Luchterhand, Mariah (Marriage - 1 Sept. 2007)

Mariah Luchterhand and Ben Welles were united in marriage Sep. 1, 2007, at Popple Valley Farm, Unity, Wis. Tim Killian, Green Bay officiated.

Mariah is the daughter of Max and Bryce Luchterhand, Unity, Wis. He is the son of Jane and Sid Welles, Rosendale.

The bride wore a strapless champagne, Oleg Cassine gown with a pickup skirt and contrast sash in latte.

Matrons of honor were Erin Jauert, Chaska, MN, and Eliza Killian, Green Bay, both sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jill Jecevicus, Indianapolis, IN, friend of the bride and Lindsay Cortés, Robbinsdale, MN, friend of the bride.

Best man was Chuck Welles, Fond du Lac, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Chris Wells, Rosendale, brother of the groom, Le Luchterhand, St. Anthony, MN, brother of the bride and Matt Schultz, Fond du Lac, friend of the groom.

Ushers were Craig Wirkus, Fond du Lac, friend of the groom and Tim Romanek, Oshkosh, friend of the groom. Flower boys were Gabriel Killian, Green Bay, nephew of the bride, Oliver Killian, Green Bay, nephew of the bride and Camden Jauert, Chaska, MN, nephew of the bride.

A reception of 175 guests was held at Meadowview Golf Course, Owen, Wis. The couple honeymooned in Belize.

They reside in Spring Green.
