LOYAL -- Mary L. Schmidt, 94, of Loyal, Wisconsin, died Friday, Dec. 21, 2007, at the Golden Living Center Three Oaks in Marshfield.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Loyal.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.

Cuddie Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mary Schmidt

Mary L. Schmidt, 94, of Loyal, Wisconsin, died at the Golden Living Center Three Oaks in Marshfield on Dec. 20, 2007.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Loyal. Burial will follow in St. Anthony's Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until time of services Wednesday.

Cuddie Funeral Home in Loyal is assisting the family with the arrangements.

She was born on June 13, 1913, in Milwaukee to Martin and Julia (Hartman) GeBauer. She was united in marriage to Andrew O. Schmidt on Feb. 12, 1934. They farmed in the town of Loyal until their retirement in 1962.

Survivors include her children: Donald (Judy) Schmidt of Marshfield, Dr. Jerome (Karen) Schmidt of Hartford, Mo., Marie (Larry) Waldhauser of Fridley, Minn., Dorothy Ertl of Marshfield, Andrew Jr. (Faye) Schmidt of Tomahawk and Evelyn (John) Schultz of Loyal; 20 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister: Betty Lynn of New Jersey; and three nephews.
