Mrs. Carolyn Baumgart, age 34, of Colby was awarded a divorce in circuit court in Wausau Saturday by Judge Gerald G. Boileau from Theodore Baumgart, age 41, of Colby on a charge of cruel and inhuman treatment. Judge Boileau gave Mrs. Baumgart custody of the couple’s two children, awarded her $35 monthly for their support and accepted a property settlement stipulated by the parties. They were married at Colby November 28, 1930.
