SWeideman, Vivian (Marriage - 11 Oct. 1947)
Miss Vivian Weideman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Weideman of Dorchester, and Virgil Ramker, son of Mrs. John Ramker of Colby, were united in marriage at 1:00 o’clock Saturday, Oct. 11th, at St. Bernard’s rectory at Abbotsford, Rev. Francis Brockman reading the marriage ceremony. The bride was attended by Miss Betty Ramker, sister of the groom, and Merlin Ramker, the groom’s brother, was best man.
The bride waa attired in a brocaded satin gown with train, fingertip beaded veil and wore a pearl necklace and ear rings, gifts of the groom. Her bouquet consisted of red and white roses with streamers. Her attendant wore a pale blue dress of nylon over satin and off the face and a sweetheart hat. Her bouquet also consisted of red and white roses.
A wedding dinner was served at Marshfield for the bridal party after which the newlyweds left on a trip to Milwaukee and Madison. They will be at home on the farm of the groom’s mother.
