Hallo Wolfgang Meissner in Germany. My German ancestors came from the Sachsen-Meiningen area of Germany near Hildburghausen (Veilsdorf, Hessburg, and Weitersroda). I can trace my ancestors back to Johann W. Meissner born about 1780 in Veilsdorf. I have more information for you.
