The Helping Hand Society of the Congregational church will meet with Mrs. Lee Smiley on Fri. Oct. 31.

Mrs. Fred Machlett will be hostess to the Ladies’ Aid of the Ev. Lutheran church on Thursday, Nov. 6th, at the parish hall.

Mrs. Edwin Strade will be hostess to the Ladies’ Aid of the Ev. and Reformed church on Wednesday, Nov. 5th.

Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Hennlich entertained a party of friends on Wednesday evening, Oct. 22, to celebrate the former’s birthday anniversary.
