Ahlborn, Shirley (December 13, 1931 - January 9, 2008)
Shirley Ahlborn, 76, of Minocqua, passed away January 9, 2008 at Friendly Village, Rhinelander WI.
Shirley was born December 13, 1931 in Neillsville to Milford and Irene (Counsell) Rowe. She attended MerryValle (Merry Vale) School and graduated from Granton High School. She married Gilbert Ahlborn at York Center, October 27, 1951.
She is survived by a son, Dennis (Bonnie) Ahlborn, of Arbor Vitae; two granddaughters, Jessica and Ashley; a brother, Donald (Fern) Rowe, of Granton; a niece, Lori, and nephews, Bradley and Steven.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Gilbert in December of 2006.
Memorial services were held Monday, January 14, 2008, in Minocqua at the Church of the Pines.
