Kalepp, Gordon (Christening - 24 April 1916)
Last Sunday at the German Ev. church occurred the christening of the youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Kalepp. The little fellow was given the name of Gordon.
After the services at the church a large crowd gathered at the home where a turkey dinner was served the guests. The afternoon and evening were spent in numerous games chief of which were cards.
The following were present: Mr. and Mrs. Christ Sauter, the families of Charles, August, Otto, Albert, Edward Sauter, Mr. and Mrs. Herb Wiedeman of Abbotsford, Mrs. F. Liiddecke and son of Athens, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Naumann and family, Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Umlauft and family, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Reynold and daughter and Mr. and Mrs. Ignatz Greschonig.
