Two Cases at Owen
On Monday morning the infantile paralysis epidemic was discovered in our city, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. S. D. St. John. The two oldest children are both affected. Neither of the children had been ill previously and it is a mystery how the disease spread to this place. Dr. C. S. Nielson of Withee has charge of the case and reports it to be in a mild form only. The house has been placed under strict quarantine and every care is being taken to prevent its spread. –Owen Enterprise.
