Will, William Sr. (90th Birthday - 8 Feb. 1948)

The 90th birthday of William Will, Sr., was celebrated Sunday, Feb. 8, at the home of his son, Frank, in the town of Colby, with many relatives in attendance.

He was born Feb. 6, 1858, in Sheboygan county and was married Feb. 12, 1878, to Anna Silbernagel at Sheboygan. Shortly after their marriage they moved to a farm in the town of Colby, Clark county, where they lived all during their married life, with the exception of 21 years spent in the city of Colby, Wisconsin. Mrs. Will died Jan. 18, 1937.

There are seven children, five of whom were present at the celebration, Joseph of Wausua, William, Jr., of Loyal, Mrs. Nettie Casey and Frank of Colby, Tony of Unity. Henry of Libertyville, Ill., and Mrs. Willard (Mary) Jierce of Tacoma, Wash., were unable to be present. Mr. Will also has 19 grand children and 20 great grand children, most of whom were also present for the occasion.
