Woman Known Here is Hurt in Accident

Mrs. Theresa Babiljon, age 76, of Madison, mother of Mrs. A. Caron of Harsaw, formerly of Colby, was among ten persons who were injured, two of them critically, in a head-on automobile collision on Highway 57, about 20 miles north of Sturgeon Bay last Thursday night.

Those most seriously hurt are Mrs. Theresa Babiljon and Jerry Lee Jacobe, 3? year-old son of Mrs. Antone Jacobe of Sister Bay.

Others injured are: Dr. George C. Hill, 48, professor of rural sociology at the University of Wisconsin; his wife, 36; and their two sons, Freddie, 8, and Georgie, 5; Herman Johns, ?, of Sister Bay; his daughter, Mrs. Jacobe, 28, and two of her children, May, 8, and Sally, 5.

Mrs. Babiljon, employed by the Hills as a housekeeper, was riding in a car driven by Mrs. Hill, which collided with a machine driven by Johns.

The accident taxed hospital facilities, requiring four doctors, 11 nurses and two technicians.
