Perushek, Jessica (Marriage - August 18, 2007)

Jessica Perushek and Joseph Placek were united in marriage on August 18, 2007, at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, in Neillsville, with Pastor Timothy Biebert officiating.

Parents of the bride are Tamara and John Perushek, of Neillsville. Parents of the groom are Terri and Joseph Placek, of Eagle River, WI.

Ashley Perushek, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Maggie Attoe, Rene Placek, Amanda Knoll, Jen Arndt, and Kim Kramer. Jazmine Glassbrenner was junior bridesmaid, with Camryn Placek, flower girl.

Kenny Welzien, cousin of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Matt Nier, Ben Perushek, Jay Whitaker, and Jeremiah Buschke. Junior groomsman was Nic Kuhn, with Adam Samuel, ring bearer.

Ushers were Bryant Neville, Michael Glassbrenner and Ryan Friedrich.

The bride is attending the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is studying nursing and plans to graduate in May 2008.

The groom is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in Fine Arts with emphasis in Graphic Design. He is currently employed at Pixalen Studios as lead graphic designer.

The couple resides in Oshkosh.
