Formation of The Hewett Dairy Company

We the undersigned, residents of Clark County, hereby subscribe the amounts set opposite our names respectively of the capital stock of the Hewett Dairy Company, and promise to subscribe for the same on the books of the company when it is organized. The plan is to build a factory on the farm of James O'Neill in section 12 of the town of Hewett not far from the Amidon school house.

We promise not only to take stock in said company the proceeds to be used toward the building of the factory, but to strongly assist in building up the business of said company by furnishing milk at said factory.
