Sheppard, Janice Eleine (Engagement - Aug. 1952)

The engagement and approaching marriage of Janice Eleine Sheppard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Sheppard of Fargo, N. Dak., to William R. Hemphill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vern Hemphill of Abbotsford, has been announced by Miss Shepard’s parents. Miss Sheppard in a June graduate of Hamline University of St. Paul, Minn., and Mr. Hemphill graduated in June from the University of Wisconsin. They will make their home in Washington, D.C., where Mr. Hemphill is employed with the Department of Interior.
