Neillsville, Clark Co., Wis. - Jerome "Jerry" Douglas Gurney, 49, Neillsville, died July 18, 1996 in Erie County, Pa.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville.

Visitation will be from 6 - 9 p.m., on Tuesday and again, Wednesday one hour before service time at the funeral home.

He was born Sept. 17, 1946, in Marshfield. He had been a truck driver for Roehl Transport.

Surviving are his wife Carol, his daughters, Stella (Todd) Tessman and Tammy Gurney; his sons Wayne (Erin) Gurney and Douglas Gurney, and his mother Elma Gurney, all of Neillsville. He also is survived by his sisters, Barbara (Steve) Roberts, Lucy (Bill) Oldham, both of Neillsville, and Nancy (Arthur) Hosking of Port Washington; his brothers, Louie (Dianne) Gurney, Eugene (Sue) Gurney, William Gurney Jr., Galen (Janet) Gurney, all of Neillsville, and Charles (Laura) Gurney of Hayward; and one grandson.
