Pupp, Elsie Mary (5 May 1910 - 18 Mar. 1953)
Mrs. William Pupp, age 43, of Abbotsford, Wisconsin, route 1, died Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital. Funeral services were held Saturday morning in St. Bernard’s Catholic church in Abbotsford, Rev. Raymond Schultz officiating, and burial was made in the Abbotsford cemetery.
Mrs. Pupp, the former Elsie Mary Geiger, was born on May 5, 1910, at Rochester. Her marriage to William Pupp took place on September 2, 1931, in Dorchester, Wis. After their marriage, they moved to Fenwood, and, three years later, moved to Abbotsford, Wis.
Surviving are her husband; the following children, Raymond, Lucianne, John, Eugene and Bernice, all at home; her mother, Mrs. Anna Geiger of Dorchester; eight sisters, Mrs. Herman Gebhardt (a twin), Mrs. Richard Pacourek, Mrs. Henrietta Weiss, Mrs. Anton Wittman and Mrs. Henry Patrie, all of Marshfield; Mrs. Victor Carpenter of Spencer, Mrs. Edward Pupp of Colby and Mrs. George Pupp of Stratford; seven brothers, Joseph and Al Geiger of Wausau, Leo of Loyal, Henry of Milwaukee, Mike of Dorchester, Frank of Abbotsford and Anthony of Marshfield. Her father and brother preceded her in death.
