Baehr, Anna (1878 - 17 May 1953)

Mrs. Arthur Baehr, a former resident of Abbotsford, Wisconsin, died Sunday afternoon in Waukegan, Ill., at the age of 75 years. Funeral services will be held this Thursday afternoon in St. Peter’s Lutheran church in Dorchester, Wis., Rev. F. H. Sprengler officiating, and burial will be made in the Dorchester cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Baehr resided on a farm two miles south of Dorchester, Wisconsin until 1946, the year of Mr. Baehr’s death. In December, 1952, Mrs. Baehr suffered a heart attack and was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield for treatment. In April of this year she went to Waukegan, Ill., to make her home there, and in Milwaukee with her children.

Surviving are two sons, Herman of Abbotsford and Walter of Marshfield; three daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Elna) Wilhelmi of Abbotsford, Mrs. William (Norma) Hoegel of Milwaukee and Mrs. Rudolph (Cora) Ewig of Waukegan, Ill.; 11 grand children; one great grand child; five brothers; two sisters. Three children, a sister and three brothers preceded her in death.
