Weller, Katharina (14 Nov. 1884 - 20 Nov. 1953)
Mrs. Fred Weller died Friday afternoon at 4:20 at her home in the town of Hull, Wisconsin at the age of 69 after a lingering illness. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon in the First Evangelical and Reformed church in Colby, Wis., Rev. V. O. Grosshuesch officiating, and internment was made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery.
Mrs. Weller, nee Katharina Frenzel, was born in Sandhofen, Germany, on November 14, 1884, and came to the United States in 1906 and settled in Chicago. After her marriage in December, 1911, she and her husband moved onto a farm near Unity where they resided until 1938 when they moved to the town of Hull.
Mrs. Weller is survived by her husband; one son, George of the town of Hull; four daughters, Miss Elsie Weller of Chicago, Mrs. Carl (Dorothy) Ryberg of Corona, New Mexico; Mrs. Henry (Erna) Hoffman of Stratford; Mrs. John (Hilda) Kastorff of Fond du Lac, and 12 grand children. One son preceded her in death.
Mrs. Weller was a good Christian of a kindly disposition, and, being of a congenial disposition, friendship circle to her was a large one. She will be sadly missed by members of her family and her friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fred Weller, whose death was reported last week, were held Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 24, in the First Evangelical and Reformed church, Rev. V. O. Grosshuesch officiating, and internment was made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery. Pall bearers were all nephews - Walter Mueller, Edward Mueller, Ervin Weller, Walter Weller, Arnold Weller and Clarence Weller. Flowers were in charge of Connie and Sharon Weller.
Out of town relatives and friends here for the funeral were Miss Elsie Weller of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Carl Ryberg of Corona, New Mexico, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hoffmann and children, Carol, Jeannie and David, of Stratford, Mr. and Mrs. John Kastroff and children, Jackie and Linda Sue, Mrs. Otto Handwitz and Mrs. Melvin Hotnech of Fond du Lac, Ervin Weller of Marshfield, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Weller and daughters, Connie and Sharon, of Abbotsford, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Weller, William Weller, Arnold Weller and Mrs. Clara Kuss of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Mueller of Athens, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Beisner of Dorchester, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Luech of Stetsonville, Lee Clouse of Loyal and Mr. and Mrs. Lester Ewert and Dora Ewert of Unity, Wis.
