Burzynski, Margie (26 APR 1941)
Margie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Burzynski of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) and Felix Zasacki, son of Mike Zasacki of Thorp, were united in marriage at St. John Berchman’s Church, Chicago, April 26th, 1941, Rev. Paul J. Koepkr officiating.
The bride was beautifully attired in a gown of white Swiss organdie with finger tip veil. Her flowers, calla lilies and lilies of the valley. She was attended by her cousin, Frances Burzynski as bridesmaid, who wore a rose tageta gown with matching headband and carried a bouquet of pink carnations and orchid sweet peas.
Frances Burzynski, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, also being dressed in pink tageta.
Little Loretta Burzynski, niece of the bride, acted as flower girl and carried a colonial bouquet of carnations and sweet peas. She wore a dress of green Swiss organdie.
The groom and his attendant, Peter Burzynski, brother of the bride, both wore dark suits.
A reception was held to the couple after the ceremony at the home of the bride’s brother at 2328 N. Maplewood Ave.
The happy couple will reside in Chicago, where the groom is employed.
Among the guests at the wedding included, Mrs. Frank Burzynski and sons, Peter and Leonard and Mrs. Mike Zasacki of Thorp and Mrs. John Bonczyk.
