Sorenson, Ruth Mrs. (Marriage - 4 June 1955)

Howard Sturtz, Sr., of Loyal and Mrs. Ruth Sorenson of Unity exchanged marriage vows at the Trinity Lutheran church in Unity Saturday, Rev. Claude Vander Stoep officiating. Only attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Arvid Talcott of Unity, son-in-law and daughter of the bride.

The bride wore a blue suit with a corsage of white carnations and red roses and her matron of honor was attired in a rose suit with a yellow carnation corsage.

A wedding supper was served at the Talcott home after which the newlyweds left on a trip to Northern Wisconsin and Michigan. They will reside in Loyal where Mr. Sturtz is employed by the Ace Hardware Co.

Guests were from Colby, Granton, Spencer, Loyal, Marshfield, Wausau, Edgar and Unity, Wis.
