Joan E. Prust

Joan E. Prust, 74, of Marshfield died at her home Monday, Feb. 4, 2008, under the care of Ministry Home Care Hospice of Marshfield.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2008, at the Rembs Funeral Home. Burial will be in United Methodist Cemetery in the town of Fremont, Clark County.

Visitations will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9:30 a.m. until service time Friday, both at the funeral home.

Joan was born Feb. 26, 1933, in the town of Fremont to Ervin and Gladys (Harriman) Drescher. She was united in marriage to Robert C. Prust in April 1952, and they later divorced. She worked at Fiskars in Spencer before moving to Marshfield from Chili in 1996.

Joan is survived by her children, Carey Prust, Marshfield, Terry (Cynthia) Prust, Spencer, Brian (Kathryn) Prust, Marshfield, Keith (Eileen) Prust, Marshfield, Rhonda Bolosky of Livermore, Calif., Bruce (Sharlene) Prust, Chili, and Kevin (Pam) Prust, Marshfield; 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by two brothers, Ted (Cindy) Drescher, Spencer, and Bernie (Meriko) Drescher, Louisiana; and one sister, Jan (Gene) Williams, Mosinee.
