Sterzinger, Mike (30 Mar. 1885 - 2 Aug. 1955)

Mike Sterzinger, a former resident of Colby, Wisconsin, died at St. Luke’s hospital in Milwaukee last Tuesday, August 2. Funeral services were held at St. Mary’s Catholic church in Colby Saturday, Rev. Vincent Schwartz officiating. Pall bearers were Math Allar, Frank Sterzinger, Rudy Sterzinger, Galen Scheibe, and Tom and Joe Pederson, all nephews.

Mr. Sterzinger was born in Colby, Wisconsin on March 30, 1885.

Out of town people here for the funeral were his son, Eugene, and wife of Minneapolis, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. Tom Pederson, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Joe Pederson and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Greaser and son of West Allis, Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Vesley of Schofield, Ben Dahlke and daughters, Verjean and Mary, of Edgar and Mr. and Mrs. Ferd. Jicinsky and daughter of Unity.
