hello, my grandpa, Charles J. Flick operated the Dill Creek Cheese factory near Colby, Wisconsin from fall of 1935 until 1948. He made Colby cheese!! Any one have any pictures or info of that time he was operating the cheese factory? I know he made cheese during WWII for the government that was sent to the servicemen.
