Kerr, Mary E. (Marriage - 18 June 1949)
Miss Mary E. Kerr of Bourbonnais, Ill., and Fritz A. Pribbernow of Colby, Wisconsin were united in marriage on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at St. Paul’s Lutheran parsonage with Rev. M. C. Goetsch reading the marriage ceremony. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Walter E. Nicks of Dorchester, Wis.
The bride wore a grey gabardine suit with navy blue accessories and had a shoulder corsage of red roses. The matron of honor was attired in a beige suit with brown accessories and a corsage of pink carnations.
Supper was served to relatives and friends at the groom’s home and a reception was held in the evening.
The bride is a graduate of the high school at Montezuma, Ind., and of the college at Bourbonnais, Ill.
The couple will reside on the groom’s farm in the town of Colby, Wis.
Out of town guests at the wedding included Miss Meldona Surbrook of Kankakee, Ill., Miss Edna Marquardt of Spooner, Mr. and Mrs. John Pribbernow and family of Port Washington, Mrs. Melva Boehning of Belgium, Mr. and Mrs. Max Richards of Kohler and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Jacobi of Cedar Grove.
