Ziebarth, Henry & Lorena (Divorce - 9 Sept. 1949)

Judge Bruce F. Beilfuss, presiding at the term of circuit court at Neillsville for Clark county, Friday granted an absolute divorce to Lorena Ziebarth, age 51, of Abbotsford, from Henry Ziebarth, age 52, of Marshfield. The decree was granted on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. The complaint alleges that Ziebarth had constantly nagged and abused his wife and threatened her bodily harm. The court awarded the house, located in Abbotsford, to the plaintiff.
