Klumpyan, Joseph (18 May 1907 - 25 Sept. 1949)

Joseph Klumpyan of Wausau, a carpenter and mason, died Sunday afternoon at a Wausau hospital at the age of 42 years after being ill three days. Funeral services are being held this Thursday morning in Holy Name Catholic church, Wausau, Rev. Lloyd Geissler officiating, and internment will be made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery.

Mr. Klumpyan was born in Colby, on May 18, 1907, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Klumpyan. He was married in 1935 at Lankin, N.D., to Miss Lillian Hodney who survives. He lived in Wausau the past 11 years.

Also surviving are four sons, Joseph, Jr., Frederick, Thomas and Richard Klumpyan, all home; three brothers, Nick of Wausau and Matthew and Frank of Fond du Lac; three sisters, Sister M. Harrison of Milwaukee, Mrs. Borromea of La Crosse and Mrs. Rosalie Oliver Kessler of Greenwood.
