Nystrom Bettie J. (13 MAR 1943)
Mr. and Mrs. Gotfred Nystrom announce the marriage of their daughter, Bettie Jane Nystrom to Pfc. Charles Gummerson. The couple exchanged vows the 13th day of March 1943 in Cour D’Alene, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Gummerson are both graduates of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.) High School.
The bride and maid of honor were attired in dresses of navy blue with pink and white accessories, and wore corsages of gardenias.
The maid of honor was Mrs. Lester Wright of Spokane, Wash. The best man was Sgt. Lester Wright.
The newlyweds spent their honeymoon as guests of the Louis Davenport’s at their ranch "Flower Field," which is located on Little Spokane River.
The bride and groom will make their home in Spokane, Wash. for the present time, as Pfc. Charles Gummerson is stationed at Geiger Field, Wash.
