Tolliver, Fern (Marriage - 19 April 1932)
A very pretty wedding took place at the Presbyterian manse Tuesday evening, April 19th, at 8 o’clock when Fern Tolliver of Sault St. Marie, Mich., became the bride of Lloyd Demand, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Demand of Abbotsford, the Rev. L. C. Smith tying the nuptial knot.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Draheim acting as best man and bridesmaid. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Harry Demand and Mrs. J. B. Thompson. The wedding ceremony was followed by a wedding supper at the home of the groom’s parents.
The newlyweds will remain in Abbotsford and will reside on the Demand farm which the groom will operate this season.
