William D. Kostick, age 75, of Withee, died Monday, February 11, 2008, at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at the Withee United Methodist Church. Deacon Anthony Ring officiated. Burial, with military honors, was in the Riverside Cemetery, Withee. Friends were able to call from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, at the Maurina/Schilling Funeral Home, Owen.

Mr. Kostick was born June 21, 1932 in Lublin, Wisconsin, the son of Paul and Lottie (Gay) Kostick. He attended Lublin Schools.

William was united in marriage to the former Marie Durbin on June 9, 1956, at the Withee United Methodist Church. She preceded William in death in 2006.

Mr. Kostick was employed at Teledyne Post Company in Owen for 38 years, retiring in 1998.

He is lovingly survived by sons: Brian Kostick, Abbotsford, Barry (Mary Lou) Kostick, Rineyville, KY, and Bruce (Shauna) Kostick, Owen; one daughter, Janet Kostick, Marshfield; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is further survived by brothers: Joseph Kostick, San Antonio, TX, Ken (Deb) Kostick, Holcombe, WI, and Ron (Penny) Kostick, Lublin, WI; and sisters: Gladys Baker, Gilman, WI, and Virginia Kostick, St. Paul, MN.
