First Clark Co. Korean War Loss Occurs
The U.S. army has notified Mr. and Mrs. Murel A. Mott of Neillsville that their son, Murel R. Mott, is missing in action in the Korean war theater.
The loss is Clark county’s first since hostilities began. Mott, a member of the 24th Infantry Division, had recently attended a flame thrower’s school in Japan.
