New Pastor Installed

In a special service on Sunday afternoon in St. Paul’s Lutheran church at Green Grove, Rev. Paul Dietz of Milwaukee was ordained as minister and installed as pastor of the Curtiss-Green Grove parish. Rev. O. Hoffmann, who served the congregation during the 10-month vacancy, conducted the service. The uncle of the new pastor, Rev. Carl Dietz of Milwaukee, officiated during the ordination while Rev. Groth of Lombard, Ill., Rev. Hoffmann, and Rev. F. Sprengler of Dorchester assisted. After the service, a reception was given by the members of the parish in honor of their new pastor. We welcome Rev. Dietz into the Colby community.
