Severs surviving sister would be Julia Devoe nee Ellefson or Ellefs. She would be his half-sister with two half-sisters preceeding him in death Kari (old Norwegian spelling) the oldest and Anna or Annie who married twice. Surviving brothers would be Ellef a half-brother,Thomas and Samuel. I would know this because my grandmothers mother was Kari Swiggum nee Ellefson so all of these people were familiar to her.
