Luce, Joan Jeanette (Marriage - 6 Oct. 1951)
Two clergymen, Rev. Lee Holmes and Rev. F. J. Smith officiated at the nuptial ceremony at 4:30 P.M. Saturday in the Methodist church in Unity when Miss Joan Jeanette Luce, daughter of Mrs. Helen Luce of Thorp, became the bride of Clifford H. Binning, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harbert Binning of Unity. Miss LaVon Domer of Minneapolis was the organist during the service and Rae Ann Loughead sang "Because" and "I Promise You," accompanied by her mother, Mrs. Tom Loughead.
Mrs. Myron Greaser of Abbotsford served as matron of honor. Mrs. Stanley Jezior of Chicago, Ill., was bridesmaid. The groom was attended by Don Wisnosky of Northfield as best man and Earl Binning of Minneapolis, the groom’s brother.
