Curtiss, Wis. - Sept. 27, 1951
The Women’s Guild of the Ev. and Reformed church will be hosts to the Guilds of Stratford and Colby Wednesday, Oct. 3, at the village hall.
Miss Minnie Green will be host to the Helping Hand Society on Friday, Sept. 28.
Mr. and Mrs. Grant Herrick, Jr., and daughter of Columbus spent the week-end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Herrick.
Mrs. Ethel Bowen, who spent the past week in Baraboo with her sister, returned home Saturday.
Mrs. Martha Harmel left Thursday for Rapid City, S. Dak., to visit her daughter and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Pudlas left Thursday for Rochester, Minn., where the former will receive a physical check-up at the Mayo Clinic.
Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Erickson and Mr. and Mrs. Willard Geary and daughters spent the week-end with his brother, Ralph Peterson, and family and father, E. M. Peterson, who is a patient at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Mrs. Amanda Borgemoen is visiting with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Marvey Borgemoen, in Chicago.
