Guetschow, Mr./Mrs. Frank (50th Anniv. - 17 Apr. 1951)

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Guetschow celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with the presence of their children and grand children. Those here for the occasion were Mr. and Mrs. Bert Heise and son, Kenneth, of West Allis, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Guetschow and daughters, Jeneane, Patsy and Nancy, and son, Lee, of Stevens Point, Norman Guetschow, who makes his home with his parents, and the Misses Viola Hornke and Alvina Heise of Colby, Wis.

Mr. Guetschow was born in Germany on June 2nd, 1872, and Mrs. Guetschow was born in the town of Colby on Sept. 3, 1883. They were married at St. Nazianz, Manitowoc county, on April 17, 1901. They engaged in farming in the town of Colby from 1911 to 1945 when they retired and moved to the city of Colby, Wis.
