Primeau, Charles (7 May 1873 - 21 May 1951)
Funeral services for Charles Primeau, who died Monday night at 10:15 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, Wisconsin, will be held at the Presbyterian church at Abbotsford this Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock, Rev. Wm. Knobloch of Edgar officiating, and internment will be made in the Arpin cemetery.
Mr. Primeau was born near Wisconsin Rapids on May 7, 1873, thus reaching the age of 78 years and 13 days. He resided in Wisconsin Rapids and vicinity for 44 years. He then moved to Arpin where he farmed until 1937. In 1938, he moved to the Colby vicinity and then to Abbotsford about six years ago. He was married to Nellie Cline on Sept. 9, 1900.
Surviving are one son, Ervin of Colby; five grand children; one half-brother, and a half-sister, S. Primeau and Mrs. Dora Slausser, of Wisconsin Rapids.
His wife preceded him in death on May 8, 1936. Also one son and one daughter.
