Williams, Penny J. (19 MAY 1943)
Sergeant LeRoy James Kaczor, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Kaczor of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), and Miss Penny J. Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Williams of Champaign, Ill., were united in marriage in a ceremony performed by Rev. Crowe at the Seminary of the Methodist Church in St. Louis, Mo., at 2:30 o’clock Wednesday afternoon, May 19th, 1943. The bride was attired in a two-piece dress of pink gabardine. She wore a white hat, gloves and shoes of brown and white.
The happy couple spent several days here after the wedding with the groom’s parents and a dinner was given at the Kaczor home on Monday evening in their honor, attended by several friends.
The newlyweds left Tuesday for Chicago, Sgt Kaczor to return to the aviation field at Matagorea Peninsula, Texas, upon expiration of his furlough.
