Adam Kuentz of this city is erecting a fine new hotel building on the old Margraf site at Abbotsford the plans for which were drawn by G. J. Kaudy. It is to be a frame building 38x72 feet, three stories high with a fine basement underneath. The number of rooms which it is to contain is about 44. The office will be in the southwest corner with a corner entrance and between this and the dining room will be large sliding doors. A very pretty open stairway will lead from the office to the upper floors. It is to be as modern in style as it can possibly be made and will probably be ready for occupancy by fall, when Thos. Pillon will take charge of it. When completed, it will be quite an addition to Abbotsford and one very much needed.
