Earl Whitehead of Abbotsford, Wisconsin secured a judgment for $35,000 against the Wisconsin Central, last week. Earl while braking for the Central was knocked off a box car at the bridge in Chippewa Falls, last fall, and fell under the train. Both limbs were amputated.
