Riverside - Feb. 28, 1907

The children of Laura Philippi’s school got together and had a surprise on their teacher. Supper was served at four o’clock at Mrs. Frank Rupert’s for the children. In the evening the young folks had another surprise on Miss Laura by having a candy pull, after which they passed away the evening by playing games.

Mr. and Mrs. Hough and children visited the Lozier and Mantor families from Tuesday until Monday. Mrs. Hough is a sister of Mrs. Lozier and Mr. Mantor.

A young lady arrived at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Goelden, Wednesday afternoon. Both mother and daughter are doing fine.
