Alger, Mr./Mrs. Earl (Gold - 22 NOV 1965)

Mr. and Mrs. Earl Alger, Fairy Springs, route 2, Hilbert, Wis., celebrated their golden anniversary on Sunday, Nov. 14, with an open house all day and evening.

They were married at Thorp (Clark Co.), Wis. On Nov. 22, 1915. Mr. Alger was employed by Thilmany Pulp and Paper Company about nine years ago.

The couple has six sons, George, Bernard, Marvin, and Robert of Kaukauna, John, Hilbert, and Ronald, Chilton; four daughters, Mrs. Lester Winius, Little Chute, Mrs. Robert Schmitt, Mrs. David Elmergreen, and Mrs. John Weber, all of Hilbert; 37 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
