College Notes (13 March 2013)

Danae Fitzmaurice of Neillsville was among the December 2012 graduates of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She received a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) degree in bio-chemistry with a molecular biology major.

The following area students have been named to the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh dean’s list (minimum 3.75 grade-point average) and honor roll (minimum 3.3 GPA) for the fall semester of the 2012-13 school year:

Brian Lecheler, son of Larry and Penny Lecheler of Abbotsford, graduated Friday Dec. 21, 2012, from Northwestern College, St. Paul, MN, with a Bachelor’s of Science in finance. Lecheler is a 2007 graduate of Abbotsford High School.

Courtney Pickett of Neillsville has received high honors (GPA 3.99 to 3.75) from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay for the 2012 fall semester.
