Faude, Harley H. (19 AUG 1921 - 22 MAR
2013)
Harley H. Faude, 91, Gilman, died on Friday, March 22 at the
Oakbrook Health and Rehab Center in Thorp. Funeral Services will be held on
Wednesday, March 27 at at 11 a.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with Rev.
Dale Horner officiating.
Interment will be at Perkinstown Community
Cemetery with full military honors performed by the
Abramowicz-Kaczmarczyk-Cwikla American Legion Post No. 547 of Lublin.
Active pallbearers are Ricky and Allen Faude, Kurt Krug, Brent Ogle, Doug
Skabroud and Robbie Drier. Honorary pallbearers are his grandchildren, David
LaRock, Michelle Damato, Diana Faude and Crystal Eckstrom.
Visitation
will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of
service.

Medford to Iris E. Ogle and she survives
PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE:
Harley served in the U.S. Army from 1944-1946, while being stationed in the
Pacific. After their marriage, they moved to Milwaukee where he worked at Nash
Automotive in production for a period of time. They then purchased a dairy farm
in Redville and during this time he also worked at Post Manufacturing in Owen.
In 1962, they then purchased a dairy farm in Lublin. During this time, Harley
and Iris owned and operated a gas station in Perkinstown for a number of years.
He also worked at Presto in Eau Claire until his retirement. After retirement,
he worked with his brother-in-law, Glen Ogle for OK Tower Service. Harley
enjoyed Hunting, fishing and tinkering around.
