Marjorie M. Delo 93, Loyal, died on
Friday, March 8, 2013, at the House of the Dove, Marshfield. Funeral services
were held at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, March 13, at the Loyal United Methodist
Church. Rev. Gordon J. Delo officiated. Burial followed in the Beaver Cemetery.
Pallbearers were her sons.
Marjorie Mildred Stowe was born on April 12,
1919, in the town of Unity, Clark County, the daughter of John and Marion
(Geisler) Stowe. She was raised on the family farm and received her education at
Oak Grove School. She married Jerome Delo on Nov. 18, 1939, in Unity. They
farmed together and raised their family in the town of Beaver. Jerome died on
May 21, 1988. Marjorie continued to live on the farm until moving in to Loyal in
1995. She was a member of the Loyal United Methodist Church and the Clark County
Homemakers. She had many interests, but especially loves spending time and
traveling with her family, crocheting, fishing, baking, collecting teddy bears
and playing cards.
She will be dearly missed by her children, Rev. Gordon

Melinie Francis, Bobbi Jo Delo, Rachael Delo, Austin Delo, Adan Delo, and Isabel
Delo; her great-grandchildren, Jordon, Taylor, Isabella, John, Olivia, Will,
Annabelle, Charlotte, Lindsey, Cameron, Miranda, Nathan, Tyler, Trevor, Noah
Nathaniel, Kaydin, Ezra (Shari) Sanchez, Aaron, Kiersten. Jorla, Addisyn,
Sawyer, Wesley, Rigyn, Quentin, Alyssa, Reese, Jakob, Madysen, Mya, Cody,
Alexis, Wyatt, Jorden, Rydge, Xane, Ciena, Taelyn, Gage, Oliver, Malory, Kadin,
Thais, Jeanelle, and Jax; two sisters, Dorothy Bushman, Greenwood and Carol
(Melvin) Bitter, Johnson Creek; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband,
Jerome; her self-adopted son, John Bloomfield; one son-in-law, Robert Brhley;
four grandchildren, Cathryn Brhley, Corrine Rauch, Jonathon Adler and Jordon
Adler, and two great-grandchildren, Cassandra Rauch and Robert Rausch.
In
lieu of flowers, her family asks that memorials be given to the House of the
Dove, Marshfield. Marjorie’s family would like to express their appreciation to
the staff at the House of the Dove for their loving care and kindness during her
stay there.
