Swienton, Marcella (19 OCT 1943)

Cpl. Raymond, son of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Knajdek of Gilman, and Miss Marcella Swienton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Swienton of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), were quietly married in a ceremony pronounce by Father Francis Piekarski at St. Hedwig’s Church at 9:00 o’clock Tuesday morning, Oct. 19th, 1943. The couple was attended by Anton Jacque and Mrs. Lucille Badzinski.

The groom is here on a short furlough from Camp Forest, Tennessee, and his bride returned there with him on Tuesday evening.

The young people enjoy a large circle of friends who join in wishing them many years of happiness.
