Pietrzak, Frank (24 AUG 1865 - 4 DEC 1943)

Frank Pietrzak, 78, passed away at his farm home in the town of Withee on Dec. 4, 1943, death being caused by a heart attack.

The deceased was born in Pozen, Poland on Aug. 24, 1865. He came to America in 1885 and resided for twelve years in Philadelphia. In 1892 he was united in marriage to Stella Voyt and the family came to Thorp in 1896, making their home on the farm in the town of Withee for the past forty-six years. Mrs. Pietrzak passed away in October 1924.

Surviving are three sons, Joseph of Sheboygan, Albert of Thorp and Frank Jr. of Withee; five daughters, Mrs. Mary Mason and Mrs. Martha Cesafsky of Chicago, Mrs. Frances Yager and Mrs. Theresa Ceslik of Cicero, Ill. and Mrs. Rose Ciolkosz of Stanley; also 35 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church at ten o’clock Tuesday, Dec. 7th, with interment in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were, Stanley Gronek, Steve Kaliszewski, Val Dobryzynski, Victor Lobacz, Geo. Zukowski and Frank Sawczuk.
