Genrich, Otto (1879? - 22 Mar. 1899)

Otto Genrich, of the town of Berlin, Marathon county, say the Wausau Daily Record, was decapitated in Henry Sellin’s mill, in that town, yesterday morning. He slipped and fell, his neck striking squarely across the large saw, which instantly severed the head from the body and hurled it out of the mill fifty feet away. The body lay in the position it fell, the arteries discharging the blood against the rapidly revolving saw, which sprayed it over the entire mill. Genrich was 20 years of age and unmarried.
