Johnson, Carl (3 Sept. 1880 - 26 Nov. 1906)

W. D. Bartell returned from Curtiss, Wisconsin Tuesday and informed us that Carl Johnson was killed at Owen Monday while decking logs. The remains were brought to Curtiss, where his parents reside, and the funeral held Wednesday. He leaves a wife and two children. Carl resided in Colby a part of the year 1904, and will be remembered as on of the proprietors of the Colby....missing content.
