Those from Unity, Wisconsin and vicinity who attended the funeral of Mrs. Evelyn Kenyon at Chippewa Monday were Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Lynn and family, Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Lynn, Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Lynn, Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Salter and Earl Salter, Mrs. Lucy Colby and Nancy, Eleanor and Lowell Colby, Wis. Also present were Mr. and Mrs. Lester Kenyon and family and Mrs. John Korntved of Spencer; Loraine Kenyon of Beloit and Bernard Kenyon, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The funeral was held at the Mason and Hersog Funeral Home and burial was in Forest Hill cemetery. Pallbearers were Rudy Lynn, Lowell Colby, Lester Kenyon, Isadore Leightholdt and Paul and Leonard Colby, Wis.
Mrs. Evelyn Kenyon had been ill since early spring and death was due to cancer at a hospital in Beloit Thursday afternoon. She was thirty years of age and the mother of five children, all of whom survive. She is also survived by her parents and three sisters.
Mr. and Mrs. Kenyon formerly lived in the Town of Brighton.
