Mrs. Allen Freedlund, son Donald, Mr. and Mrs. Frances Jacobson and Beverly were Marshfield callers Wednesday.
Mrs. Bert Todd visited her sister, Mrs. Reuben Fields and family Sunday.
Mrs. Allen Freedlund has received a letter from her son, Harold Freedlund, S 1c, saying that he had met his cousin, Bud Freedlund of Rockford in North Africa. Harold had been confined to a hospital a few days and was at his base waiting for his ship to come in when they met. They soon discovered that their ships had been trying up side by side for four months. The last mail he had received was a letter from his folks on November 3.
Wilbur Fields is helping Frances Jacobson dig his well deeper.
